PAYMENT
can be made by cash, direct debit (furikomi) or bank transfer internationally or from within japan. sorry, no credit cards.
a non-refundable 25% deposit is required 21 days prior to secure a place. stand-by is accepted though not guaranteed – notification is given 3 days before trip dates. balance is payable at start of trip.
clients cancelling less than 3 days prior to a trips incurrs a 100% cancellation fee.
cancellations made by iceclimbingjapan due to conditions or special circumstances incurr full or partial refund.
